Senior Product Manager

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to take responsibility for a major product area and help shape what we build next. You’ll be involved in the practical side of product management,understanding customer problems, deciding priorities, working through requirements with the team and following features through to release.

What the week usually looks like

• Review customer feedback, product usage and business requirements to identify areas worth improving.

• Maintain the roadmap and decide which features or improvements should be worked on first.

• Turn product ideas into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Work with UX and design teams on user journeys, wireframes and proposed solutions.

• Stay closely involved with developers during implementation to answer questions and resolve gaps in requirements.

• Review features before release and make sure the final product matches the intended outcome.

• Track product performance after launch and use the results to decide what needs attention next.

• Work with sales, support and operations teams to understand recurring customer issues.

• Present product plans, progress and trade-offs to business stakeholders.

• Keep product documentation and decisions up to date.

What we need from you

• Experience managing a product roadmap and taking features from idea to release.

• Strong understanding of prioritisation, product discovery and Agile development.

• Comfortable using product data and customer feedback to make decisions.

• Experience working with engineering and design teams on digital products.

• Good knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar platforms.

• Clear communication and the confidence to question requirements when something doesn't make sense.

• Ability to manage several priorities without losing sight of the larger product goal.
