The Role

We are hiring a skilled Junior .NET Developer to support the development and maintenance of our SaaS and mobile products. You will work on building, improving, and supporting applications across the stack, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to delivering reliable and scalable solutions. This role is ideal for a developer with solid technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Implementation: Develop and maintain backend modules using .NET Core / .NET 8 based on detailed technical specifications.

• Logic Execution: Translate business requirements into "minute logic" within the code, ensuring all edge cases are handled before the front-end integration.

• API Maintenance: Support and update RESTful APIs, ensuring they remain performant and secure for mobile and web clients.

• Database Tasks: Write clean, optimized SQL queries and assist in maintaining database integrity in MS SQL Server.

• Code Quality: Follow "European Professional" coding standards—writing clean, sharp, and modular code that is easy to peer-review.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.

• Experience: 0–1 year experience in C# and 0–2 years experience in .NET development.

• Service-Based Background: Experience working in a service-oriented company where meeting project deadlines and following client specs is key.

• Core Tech: Good understanding of C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.

• Database Basics: Practical knowledge of SQL Server (Joins, Indexes, Stored Procedures).

• Tools: Basic proficiency with Git (Branching, Merging, Pull Requests).

• Mindset: A logical approach to problem-solving and a strong eagerness to learn modern architectures like .NET 10.

• Strong sense of responsibility for people, product quality, client success, and long-term technical excellence.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and build high-performing QA teams.
