Summary
As a Digital Analyst - CRO within Doctolib's B2B Performance Marketing team, you will be the expert in web and app analysis, SEA/SEO tools, and conversion rate optimization. You will own the analytics stack, define tracking plans, ensure data quality, and manage the experimentation program to drive concrete improvements to the website, user journeys, and marketing campaigns.
Your tasks Within the Doctolib B2B Performance Marketing team and as a Digital Analyst - CRO you are the expert on web and app analysis, SEA/SEO tools and conversion rate optimization on our B2B site. You empower the team, equipping them with the necessary tools and the ability to act on behavioral data, from the first click to conversion. You are responsible for the tracking plan, the experimentation platform, and the analyses that transform data into concrete improvements to the website, user journeys, and marketing campaigns. You operate in an AI-first environment, where AI is the default way of working, not an added layer.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Web and app analysis
Take ownership and maintain the team's (Amplitude) web and app analytics stack
Define and govern the tracking plan: events, properties, validation processes, shared data dictionary
Ensuring end-to-end data quality, with automated monitoring and AI-powered anomaly detection as a foundation to minimize manual checks.
2. SEO and paid analysis
Build and maintain analytics for paid channels (Meta, Google) and SEO
Implement and monitor the conversion tracking infrastructure (cookie-based, Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions)
Analyze landing page performance by source: bounce rate, scroll depth, micro-conversions, message/page consistency
Produce actionable insights in collaboration with the paid & SEO teams and maintain performance tracking dashboards
3. User Journey Analysis
Analyze the complete user journey from first contact to conversion, across the web, the app, and sales touchpoints
Working with the Sales team to map the assisted conversion funnel: how marketing hands off to sales, and where the connection breaks down
Leveraging AI to analyze session recordings and heatmaps, identify barriers to conversion, and generate actionable recommendations
4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Experimentation & Optimization
Manage the experimentation program from start to finish: roadmap (ICE/PIE prioritization), multi-team governance (CRM, Website, Paid) to avoid conflicts between tests, systematic documentation of results
Ensuring the statistical rigor and significance of A/B tests: calculating sample size before launch, confidence intervals, and respecting the test duration before interpreting the results.
Leveraging AI to identify areas for improvement to test and quickly create multiple versions of content at scale
Translate winning tests into concrete optimization recommendations for the website and paid campaigns
The qualities expected for this position
You could be the next member of our team if you:
You have 4 to 6 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or CRO
Master web and/or app analytics tools at an advanced level (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel or equivalent), not just in reading, but in implementation: event definition, governance, data dictionary
Have you already managed an A/B testing program from start to finish: prioritization, coordination between teams, documentation of results, and mastery of the associated statistical concepts (sample size, confidence intervals, validity of conclusions)?
Have you produced user journey analyses connecting browsing behaviors and conversion results?
You are comfortable working across Marketing, Product, Data, and Sales teams and making analytical topics accessible to non-technical audiences.
Master English and French, both written and spoken.
It would be fantastic if you also had:
An experience with AI tools applied to analytics (session summarization, hypothesis generation, content variations)
Basic knowledge of tag management systems (GTM or equivalent) and conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions)
Proficiency in German (a real plus in Doctolib's international context)
