Summary

As a Senior Sales AI Specialist at Doctolib, you will be the technical driving force behind our AI-powered sales strategy, designing, developing, and optimizing AI agents and automating sales workflows. You will integrate AI platforms with CRM systems, develop prompts, and act as the central interface between Sales, IT, and AI tooling to significantly boost sales productivity.

Doctolib is looking for a Senior Sales AI Specialist (x/f/m) for our Berlin location, starting immediately. Doctolib is experiencing dynamic growth. Our Sales Operations team's mission is to further accelerate this growth. In this role, you will be the technical driving force behind our AI-powered sales strategy. As the central interface between Sales Excellence, IT, and product, you will ensure that AI makes our sales teams significantly more productive. In doing so, you will contribute to our mission of improving healthcare for everyone.


Your tasks

  • AI Agent Development: You design, develop and maintain AI agents on modern AI platforms (e.g. Dust, Claude, ChatGPT), from prototype to continuous optimization in productive use.

  • Workflow automation: You identify repetitive tasks in everyday sales and automate them using AI and scripts, with a measurable impact on sales productivity.

  • CRM AI Integration: You build and maintain the technical connection between CRM systems and AI platforms, automate data flows, and ensure that agents can access up-to-date and reliable data.

  • Prompt Engineering & Quality Assurance: You systematically develop and iterate prompts – based on user feedback, A/B tests, and quality metrics. You identify weaknesses early and are the central point of contact for all technical AI-related topics.

  • Central interface: You are the link between Sales, IT and AI tooling – translating professional requirements from everyday sales into technical solutions and bringing together the right stakeholders from Sales Leadership, Sales Excellence and Product.

  • Adoption & Analytics: You establish metrics for the use and quality of our AI tools, make adoption visible, and derive measures for continuous development.


Your profile

To become part of our team, you bring the following:

  • Several years of professional experience in a technical role, e.g. AI Engineering, Sales Operations, or RevOps, ideally in a SaaS or tech scale-up environment.

  • Practical experience in building and operating AI agents or AI-supported workflows, from initial design to productive operation (e.g., with Dust, ChatGPT, Claude, LangChain, or similar tools).

  • Solid Salesforce knowledge: You understand the data model and know how CRM data can be meaningfully integrated into AI systems (API, flows, reports, data management).

  • Technical understanding: You can read and adapt scripts, understand how APIs and webhooks work, and work with automation tools such as Make, n8n, or Zapier.

  • Analytical thinking and strong communication skills: You solve problems in a structured way, work independently and can present technical information in a way that is understandable for non-technical stakeholders.

We are also particularly interested in:

  • Solid knowledge of Python, JavaScript or other scripting languages

  • Experience working with or within large sales organizations

  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Metabase
