The Strategy Analyst (Internal Job Title: Strategy Analyst - C10) will be part of the strategy team in Mumbai, India. The role involves analyzing business processes and data, identifying policy gaps, and recommending improvements to support business objectives. The analyst works with established industry practices while contributing insights that support decision making within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with business leaders and senior management to analyze strategic opportunities and business issues.
Support the development and execution of transformation and improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Participate in project lifecycles including problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution development.
Work with business teams to implement improvement strategies and operational enhancements.
Evaluate aspects of client service and help identify areas for improvement.
Build relationships with internal support teams and senior leadership.
Conduct detailed research to support business strategies and identify trends across key drivers such as credit, asset trends, pricing, cost structures, product management, and operations.
Assess risk when business decisions are made and ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Skills and Experience
0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate complex data sets.
Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present recommendations that address business requirements.
Experience synthesizing large volumes of information into clear conclusions.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access.
Capability to work independently while managing priorities in demanding environments.
