As a Teaching Assistant, you will support participants throughout the bootcamp experience, guiding their learning process and contributing to a motivating and successful environment. Key responsibilities include actively assisting students with exercises and projects, facilitating learning, and managing cohort administration.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support participants throughout the bootcamp experience, help guide their learning process, and contribute to a motivating and successful learning environment.
Your Focus Areas
Project Management: Product discovery, user needs, prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder management, metrics, MVP thinking, and agile collaboration.
IT Project Management: Project Management: Project planning, scope definition, timelines, risk management, communication, coordination with technical teams, and delivery workflows.
Agile Methods: Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, retrospectives, and working in iterative environments.
Tools & Workflows: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion, Figma, or comparable collaboration and planning tools.
Key Responsibilities
Student Support & Engagement
Actively support students by answering questions, clarifying concepts, and assisting with exercises, projects, and assignments.
Facilitate learning by applying technical knowledge in practice and helping students overcome challenges.
Encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and a growth mindset within the cohort.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where students feel supported and motivated.
Assist the coach during lessons by reinforcing key concepts and guiding students through exercises.
Cohort Administration
Manage daily check-ins and track student attendance, ensuring accurate records.
Monitor student progress by reporting observations on attendance, engagement, and performance to the coach.
Provide timely feedback to coaches on cohort dynamics or emerging issues.
Collaborate with Program and Careers teams to support the full student journey and career preparation.
Requirements
Professional Experience: Proven professional experience in Product Management or IT Project Management.
Strong understanding of modern workflows, tools, and collaboration practices.
Demonstrate strong AI fluency and a practical understanding of how AI tools can support modern work in Product Management or IT Project Management.
Language Proficiency: Native or Near-Native English is mandatory (course language).
Methodology: Strong experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban/Lean).
Ideally, previous experience in teaching, mentoring, training, or workshop facilitation.
