Summary

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank offers the USpark Post Graduate Diploma program, a rigorous 12-month journey designed to transform high-potential graduates into "Bank-Ready" professionals. The program includes campus training, an internship, and on-the-job training, leading to a full-time opportunity with the bank upon successful completion.

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has launched a PO program which is one year PGDB program that identifies high-potential graduates and puts them through a rigorous 12-month transformation journey to ensure they are "Bank-Ready" from Day 1.


This program is in collaboration with UNext Manipal Academy of BFSI. It's a one year program that follows a structured 4-2-6 months pedagogical framework:

  • Phase I: Campus Training (4 Months): Intensive residential classroom training at Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bengaluru. Focuses on banking fundamentals, Ujjivan-specific products, and soft skills.

  • Phase II: Internship (2 Months): Supervised hands-on learning within Ujjivan SFB branches.

  • Phase III: On-the-Job Training (OJT) (6 Months): Active portfolio handling under the mentorship of branch leadership.

Throughout the program, candidate will receive monthly stipend of 5000 INR during the initial classroom phase to support "Earn while you Learn" and further the stipend gets increased to 10000 INR during Internship and 30000 INR during OJT.


Upon the successful completion of one year program, candidate will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education [MAHE] and full-time opportunity with Ujjivan Small Finance Bank at 5.5 Lakhs CTC with an additional 150% of incentive based on performance metrics.


Selection Process:

  • Online Assessment: Testing Aptitude, English, and Analytical skills.

  • Sales Profiling: Assessing the candidate’s fit for a relationship-driven role.

  • Final Interview: Conducted by a panel from Ujjivan SFB to ensure cultural and professional alignment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Full-time graduates only (any stream) with a minimum of 50% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.

  • Age: Under 25 years at the time of application.

NOTE: Candidate is required to pay the program fee which is 2.4 Lakhs +GST and he/she can be pay in two installments.
