  • Negotiate income and expense leases, subleases, licenses, and timeshare agreements on behalf of the client.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between tenants, healthcare stakeholders, and facility management teams.

  • Supervise and mentor 1–2 direct reports, providing coaching, development, and performance leadership.

  • Partner with legal counsel and client stakeholders on lease transactions, compliance matters, acquisitions, and dispositions.

  • Oversee lease administration processes, including critical date tracking, lease abstracts, renewals, estoppels, and SNDA requirements.

  • Support healthcare real estate compliance initiatives, Fair Market Value appraisal coordination, delinquency resolution, and due diligence activities.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of commercial real estate, healthcare real estate, property management, or transaction management experience. Equivalent experience combinations will be considered.

  • Active Louisiana Real Estate License required or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare real estate practices, including physician office space arrangements, licenses, and occupancy agreements.

  • Working knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute requirements.

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise, develop, and mentor team members.

  • Advanced financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, reporting, lease analysis, and portfolio performance evaluation.
