Human Resource Management Trainer

Role Overview:

• Conduct HR management training sessions, organize workshops, and design interactive classroom experiences for student engagement.

• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and case studies; assess student performance and provide feedback.

• Mentor students on career development, coordinate with college management, and support practical HR skill development.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in human resource management or related field required; minimum 1 year teaching, training, or industry HR experience.

• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills; ability to engage and manage students effectively.

• Knowledge of modern HR practices, labour laws, HR technologies; skills in MS Excel, Power BI, HR analytics preferred.

• Willingness to relocate and stay on campus; immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.

Salary:

Probation

• Duration: 3 months

• Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation

Salary breakup:

• Fixed Pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year

• Variable Pay: ₹ 50,000 - 1,00,000 /year
