Role overview

Summary

This role involves managing and maintaining the LeadSquared CRM platform, providing internal technology support, analyzing AI-generated call data and chatbot performance, and preparing various reports and business insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the LeadSquared CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, system hygiene, and process compliance

  • Create, update, and optimize workflows, automations, forms, reports, and dashboards within the CRM

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and implement effective CRM solutions

  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency through CRM optimization

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal technology-related hardware and software support requests

  • Manage and resolve internal tickets while coordinating with stakeholders for timely issue resolution

  • Document processes, solutions, and best practices for internal reference

  • Analyze AI-generated call recordings, transcripts, and insights to monitor performance and identify improvement areas

  • Evaluate chatbot performance, conversation flows, and user interactions to enhance engagement and resolution rates

  • Work with vendors and internal teams to implement improvements in conversational AI tools

  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and business insights using available tools

  • Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends and support decision-making

  • Assist management with ad-hoc data requests, reporting, and process reviews

Other requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/BTech) with strong technical aptitude

  • 0–1 year of experience; freshers with relevant skills are welcome

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work across teams

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation tools

  • Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, and conversational analytics

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting/dashboarding tools is a plus
