You will gain exposure to the pharmaceutical R&D process and cross functional ways of working in a multidisciplinary environment.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Collect and process data required for assigned projects (e.g. clinical, observational, operational or other internal datasets).
Develop and apply statistical and visualization methods for integrative and predictive analysis of project data under supervision of senior statisticians (e.g. regression, classification, time-to-event, experimental design, simulation).
Support creation of analysis datasets, tables, listings and figures according to project requirements and GSK standards.
Document analytical workflows and code to an appropriate standard, and contribute to formal reports, slide decks and/or publications as appropriate.
Participate in team meetings and present interim and final results to project teams and the wider statistics community where appropriate.
Work closely with cross-functional colleagues (e.g. programming, clinical, data management, medical, business stakeholders) to understand requirements and ensure analyses are fit-for-purpose.
