We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Management Couple to oversee operations across two camps within a premier hunting concession in Zambia. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about conservation, sustainable resource management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a remote wilderness setting.
Key Responsibilities
Concession Oversight & Conservation
Manage day-to-day operations of the hunting concession, ensuring compliance with conservation policies and wildlife management standards.
Work closely with local authorities, communities, and conservation partners to uphold sustainable hunting practices.
Monitor wildlife populations, habitat health, and anti-poaching initiatives.Camp Operations Management
Oversee logistics, staff performance, and guest services across two camps.
Ensure smooth delivery of hospitality, catering, maintenance, and supply chain operations.
Coordinate hunting expeditions and safari activities with professionalism and safety.Community & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with local communities, supporting conservation awareness and socio-economic development.
Liaise with concession owners, government agencies, and conservation organizations.Financial & Administrative Leadership
Manage budgets, reporting, and operational costs for both camps.
Ensure compliance with concession agreements and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven track record in lodge/camp management, ideally within hunting concessions or safari operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of wildlife conservation, sustainable hunting practices, and eco-tourism.
Financial acumen and administrative competence.
Ability to thrive in remote, challenging environments.
