Hey everyone! Stumbled into this channel and wanted to drop a quick thought to see what’s working for you guys lately.

I’ve been helping a couple of friends look for roles recently, and it made me realize how brutal the traditional application process has become. Sending out 50 customized resumes on major job boards just to get automated rejection emails (or worse, complete radio silence) is incredibly exhausting. It feels like your profile is just fighting against a relentless AI screening filter.

Honestly, it feels like the job market has completely shifted. The best opportunities don't even seem to make it to the public boards anymore they happen right here in cold DMs, community referrals, or freelance gigs found through networking.

I really want to use this channel to bypass the corporate gatekeepers.
