On our main feeds, we all have to act like hyper-efficient professionals who love tracking metrics and optimizing workflows 24/7. But since no one can see who is writing this... let’s be real.

I’ll go first: I spent a few hours last week completely automating a data sheet update that my lead thinks takes me a full day to do. Now, I just let the script run, hand it over at the end of the day, and use the extra hours to chill, scroll social media, or work on my own things. It saves my sanity and my manager is happy with the results anyway, so I see it as a win-win.
