Hey guys, wanted to get your take on a major shift I'm noticing in the market lately.
For a long time, the goal was always to land that single, stable 9-to-5 corporate job. But looking at the market today, relying on just one employer feels incredibly risky. Plus, sitting in one chair all day can get pretty stagnant.
Lately, I've been focusing heavily on building a pipeline of freelance gigs and fractional work building an analytics dashboard for one client, managing a digital community for another, and handling automated data workflows for a third.
It's definitely more work to manage your own pipeline, but treating your skills like a business where you have multiple revenue streams feels so much more secure than putting all your eggs in one corporate basket.
