Job Description
Zycus Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Desk Intern to support the corporate travel operations team. The intern will assist in coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, ensuring seamless travel experiences while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in booking flight tickets, hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.
Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and internal stakeholders for travel requirements.
Maintain travel records, itineraries, invoices, and related documentation.
Support employees with travel-related queries and provide timely assistance.
Ensure travel bookings comply with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
Track travel requests and maintain accurate reports and MIS data.
Assist in visa documentation, travel insurance coordination, and related administrative tasks when required.
Monitor travel schedules and communicate updates or changes to travelers.
Support the team in vendor management and travel expense reconciliation.
Job Requirement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Basic understanding of corporate travel processes is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
Customer service orientation.
Time management and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Familiarity with travel booking platforms is an advantage.
