About Role

Do you save bouquet ideas on Pinterest like others save money? Can you spot trends from Korea, Paris, or global design platforms before they hit India?

Do color palettes, wrapping styles, and floral aesthetics instantly catch your attention?

If yes, this role is for you: At FlowerAura, we are looking for a Floral Trend & Design Intern with a strong sense of aesthetics, trend awareness, and the ability to translate inspiration into commercially viable floral concepts. This is not a conventional internship—it's an opportunity to shape trend-forward products for one of India’s leading gifting brands.

Internship Duration: 6 months (extendable up to 12 months based on performance and business requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and track global floral and gifting trends across markets and platforms.

• Create high-quality mood boards, inspiration decks, and concept presentations.

• Conceptualize bouquets, flower boxes, hampers, and occasion-based collections.

• Translate global trends into Indian consumer-ready designs (e.g., Korean wraps, minimalist Ikebana styles, modern luxury aesthetics).

• Explore innovative packaging, wrapping techniques, and visual enhancements.

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and new opportunities.

• Collaborate with category, product, and creative teams to bring concepts to life.

• Contribute to designing products that are visually appealing, shareable, and commercially successful.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong inclination towards aesthetics, design, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to identify emerging trends in weddings, décor, gifting, and luxury segments.

• Keen eye for color, composition, textures, and styling.

• Ability to convert creative inspiration into practical, sellable ideas.

• Highly active on platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, or design communities.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Active engagement with design trends and global inspiration platforms.

• Familiarity with luxury floral brands or wedding décor aesthetics.

• Proficiency in Canva / Adobe tools for quick concept creation.

• Strong understanding of the difference between mass vs premium aesthetics.
