Summary

This role supports the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue operations systems, tools, and processes, including sales systems and Salesforce. You will define business requirements, track performance metrics, and contribute to process improvement efforts, including AI and automation initiatives. Success is measured by improving accountability, transparency, and efficiency through scalable processes and insights.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue operations systems, tools, and processes. This includes contributing to sales systems, onboarding workflows, and cross-functional initiatives that enhance how teams operate and collaborate, particularly within platforms such as Salesforce.

You will play a key role in defining business requirements, maintaining backlogs, running reports, and tracking performance metrics to ensure operational effectiveness. You will support process improvement efforts, including AI and automation initiatives, and participate in agile ceremonies where required.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to improve accountability, transparency, and efficiency—delivering scalable processes, tools, and insights that enable the business to work smarter and accelerate growth.


Who You’ll Work With

You will be part of a team focused on building and enhancing revenue operations systems and processes that empower sales and business teams to perform at their best.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including business teams, project managers, and product or process owners, to implement solutions, track progress, and drive continuous improvement. This role also partners with stakeholders to support Salesforce administration, user access management, and system integrations that underpin revenue operations workflows.

This position reports to the Director of Business Applications and supports multiple revenue operations initiatives across the organization.


What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, process improvement, or CRM administration (Salesforce experience preferred).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.


What You’ll Bring

  • Familiarity with revenue operations workflows, CRM platforms (e. g. , Salesforce), and sales or onboarding systems.

  • Experience documenting business processes and supporting workflow improvements.

  • Exposure to agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, or project coordination practices.

  • Interest or experience in AI and automation-driven process improvements.

  • Understanding of process improvement frameworks (e. g. , Six Sigma, PMP concepts), or willingness to learn.

  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

  • A proactive, systems-oriented approach with a strong desire to learn and grow into broader product, process, or program ownership responsibilities.
